Logos to Lead PRSA Master Class in Strategic Communication

Logos Consulting Group will lead two-day immersive Master Class in Strategic Communication for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in New York City on December 11 - 12, 2025.

This Master Class in Strategic Communication focuses on elevating the communication discipline by applying principles of strategy to the processes of communication. It focuses on how to think clearly; how to influence people; and how to use language with impact.

Communication has power. Communication has the power to influence outcomes, to build competitive advantage for organizations and leaders, and to change society. But all too often that power is dissipated, leading to a loss of competitive position and little return on the investment of human and other resources.

The Master Class will also focus on how communication professionals can prevent or overcome the marginalization of the communication function and to earn a seat at the table as important decisions are being made. We will help communication professionals use their craft in the service of goals that matter to management, in ways that deliver value to an enterprise, and in ways that transcend specific functional areas.

In this two-day immersion, participants will learn how to plan communication using a strategic communication planning tool, where every element builds on the one before, so that each tactic demonstrably delivers a message with impact to a stakeholder, who in turns thinks, feels, or acts in ways that help accomplish an organizational objective. And participants will learn advanced techniques to craft and deliver communication in ways that predictably provoke the desired change within an audience.

During the Master Class, participants will also have the opportunity to practice these skills through in-class written exercises, designed to help participants master strategic concepts and their application through real-world work.

Logos president Helio Fred Garcia and Logos Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff Katie Garcia will serve as lead faculty for this program. This is the second Master Class in Strategic Communication that Logos has led for PRSA. Logos has also previously led six Master Classes in Crisis Communication – in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2025.
