Consulting
At Logos, we have worked with hundreds of leaders and organizations when stakes were high. Our team of consultants has decades of experience working with clients in a broad cross-section of industries and from around the world.
In our crisis practice, we help clients grapple with a wide variety of crisis events. We understand the need for speed and strategy in both crisis management and crisis communication. We help our clients understand that effective crisis response is far more than skillful public relations; it is a business function and operational imperative.
In our leadership and strategic communication practice, we help clients analyze opportunities or challenges and determine how best to advance business goals by harnessing communication effectively. We emphasize the importance of deferring personal preference and rather focusing on stakeholders and what they need to experience in order to change the way our clients need them to.
When necessary, we are comfortable telling unpleasant truths to those in authority, so that they fully appreciate the challenges and opportunities they face. We work with senior leaders to identify the true problem, and then create scenarios that allow decision makers to understand expected – and unexpected – consequences of different courses of action. And we do it quickly, often within the first client meeting.


Executive Coaching
At Logos, we empower leaders through our executive coaching practice to take their leadership to the next level.
We have coached more than 450 CEOs and thousands of other senior executives in large organizations in a variety of complex fields. We have helped leaders in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, financial services, religious organizations, and not-for-profit advocacy groups.
We coach leaders on how to manage relationships with stakeholders, and how to communicate more effectively with multiple audiences. Our coaching is driven by the individual needs of the client, and can include ways to manage relationships with boards, investors, superiors, peers, and subordinates. We are often brought in to help with succession skills development and assessment of colleagues’ aptitudes and abilities.
We also coach leaders identified as high potential, but whose presence or interpersonal style does not position them well for a top spot yet. We work closely with these leaders to help them build self-awareness, understand how they’re perceived, and re-calibrate their style to prepare them for the next level of leadership.

Executive Education
At Logos, we help leaders and leadership teams enhance their ability to lead effectively.
We have led executive education programs in organizations across industries and around the world. We have worked with hundreds of leadership teams, management teams, individual departments, and leaders and high-potential aspiring leaders across organizations to enhance their ability to communicate effectively, strengthen relationships with various stakeholder groups, and bolster their leadership. We also provide executive education to professional associations to help their members enhance their skills and expertise.
Our executive education programs include classroom-style sessions ranging in size from 5 to 500, as well as team-building exercises and simulations on a variety of skills. We employ the most dynamic instructional methods, combined with the latest research to provide a core grounding in best practices.
Our executive education programs are tailored to the individual needs of the client. We have led executive education programs focused on building a singular skill. We have also developed executive education curricula for teams and departments focused on a wider variety of connected skills that are essential for individual and collective success. The duration and intensity of our executive education curricula are designed based on the depth and level of skill desired.
