We help people think strategically when planning high-stakes communication and understand the rigor necessary to communicate effectively in the workplace. In this module, we take people through a five-step process to understand the concerns, priorities, and fears of a prospective audience, and the barriers that prevent them from changing the way you need them to do to secure a business outcome. The process leads to clarity about what audiences need to experience in order to secure that business outcome.
