To engage with people when speaking, we need to appear calm and confident. That is how we are able to command people’s attention and engage our audiences in ways that are persuasive. Conversely, the appearance of discomfort or anxiety distracts and allows people to mentally tune out. Therefore, whether in-person or remotely, we need to master our body language and voice to command attention when it matters most. 

In this module, we demonstrate how incremental changes in posture, body movement, facial expression, voice intonation, and gestures can have a disproportionate effect on audience attention and engagement. And we help people adopt these incremental changes that can lead to greater success and engagement when performing in person or on-screen.
