Oxana Trush is a consultant in Logos Consulting Group and a fellow in the Logos Institute for Crisis Management & Executive Leadership.  Oxana has diverse communication experience inside and outside the U.S. With a global viewpoint and multicultural background, she has helped build and implement communication plans that address a range of stakeholders.

In the U.S., she has crafted and led integrated strategic communications projects in non-profit and consumer oriented industries.

She served as public relations counsel to Disaster Chaplaincy Services, a non-profit organization that ensures skilled and interdisciplinary chaplaincy care in New York tri-state area.  In that role she crafted communication strategies to increase brand recognition and stakeholder loyalty.  She provided public relations counsel to increase brand awareness and build relationships with the local communities for Tavalon Tea Bar, a conceptual tea store in New York City.  For Superior Importers Company, a private wholesale company in East Brunswick, NJ, she linked communication ideas to business strategies and financial results.

Oxana came to the U.S. from Russia in 2001 to pursue her studies in Linguistics and Intercultural Communications at Montclair State University, NJ and later she moved to New York where she received a M.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University.

Oxana's professional achievements in Russia include four years of teaching experience in Chelyabinsk State University, where she taught a variety of communication disciplines. In addition, she provided intercultural business communication counsel on international negotiations and joint strategic planning for a number of Russian companies from the major regional mobile phone company to industrial enterprises.

Oxana has a M.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University and a B.A. in English and Computer Science from Chelyabinsk State University, Russia.
