Our Assessments help executives understand how well their companies are equipped to deal with events that could threaten their assets, operations or reputation.
Assessments can include any or all of the following tasks:
- Reviewing a company’s existing crisis preparedness/ disaster recovery plans and protocols
- Surveying senior executives, and line staff, and outside advisors who work with various elements of company’s crisis preparedness/ disaster recovery and communications
- Identifying a company’s vulnerabilities and likely crisis scenarios
- Evaluating a company’s existing capabilities, infrastructure and staffing and identifying any organizational barriers to successful implementation of crisis preparedness plans.
