We help our clients develop Crisis Management and Communication Plans.

Each Plan is tailored to the client’s particular capabilities, vulnerabilities and resources and reflects the issues and threats identified in the Crisis Preparedness Assessment.
Developing the Plan can involve the following steps:   

• Drafting an integrated crisis response/ disaster recovery and communication plan (or updating, expanding or improving an existing plan), which would include, among other things, recommendations for structuring and staffing the crisis communication function within the client organization.
• Presenting the draft Plan to senior management, the board and any other personnel responsible for implementing the Plan.
• Fine-tuning and finalizing the Plan based on input from senior management, the board and any other personnel responsible for implementing the Plan.
