Our crisis communication advisory services range from strategic crisis communication planning and scenario development to document drafting and editing, to development of document review protocols, to executive coaching on interview and presentation skills. We have particular expertise in rumor control and rapid response.

We understand the social psychology and anthropology of rumor transmission. We help clients recognize the objective and subjective factors that can neutralize or eliminate a false rumor, and diminish the impact of a true rumor.
